From tech pack review to bulk production and global delivery, every step is managed with precision, transparency, and strict quality control tailored for EU/US markets.
01. Receiving the Tech Pack & Design Brief
We carefully review your tech pack, design sketches, and specifications—including measurements, fabric choices, trims, and construction details—to align with your brand's vision for casualwear and women's apparel.
02. Material Sourcing & Development
Based on your requirements, we source OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, accessories, and trims suitable for casualwear, dresses, and everyday essentials. Alternative options are proposed to meet cost, quality, and sustainability expectations.
03. Pattern Making & Sample Development
Our 15+ years of pattern-making expertise ensures accurate EU/US fit, silhouette, and style. We transform your design into precise patterns and create first samples, prioritizing comfort, durability, and a true-to-size fit for everyday wear.
04. Sample Review & Modification
Samples are sent to you for feedback. Adjustments are made according to fitting results, comments, and brand standards—including up to 2 free revisions—to ensure full alignment with your product goals.
05. Pre-Production Preparation
After final sample approval, we proceed with bulk fabric booking, accessories procurement, and detailed production planning. We lock in color consistency and sizing to avoid discrepancies in your EU/US market orders.
06. Bulk Production
Garments are produced in our Guangzhou factory following strict quality standards. From cutting and sewing to finishing, we use 4-needle 6-thread craftsmanship for durable, seamless casualwear and elegant women's apparel.
07. Quality Control & Inspection
Dedicated QC teams monitor every production stage. We conduct 100% pre-shipment inspection per AQL international standards, verifying print durability, color accuracy, and stitching quality, fabric integrity, and sizing accuracy for your activewear lines.
08. Logistics & Delivery
Products are packed per your requirements (bulk, flat pack, or hanger packing). We support door-to-door shipping to EU/US markets, provide full customs clearance documentation, and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time, hassle-free delivery worldwide.

How do we make samples?
After receiving your requirements, we confirm all details with you — fabric, style, sizing, prints, and any special requests. Once confirmed, we produce a physical sample and send photos and videos for your review. Revisions are made based on your feedback until you’re fully satisfied.
What is the process of bulk production?
Once your sample is approved, we move into mass production through five key steps:
Production scheduling — we plan around your delivery date and keep you updated on progress.
Material sourcing — all fabrics and trims are confirmed and prepared in advance.
Manufacturing — production follows the confirmed sample exactly, with consistency checks throughout.
QC & packaging — every finished piece is inspected before packing.
Shipping — goods are shipped via your preferred method, including your own freight forwarder if needed.
How do you manage quality inspection?
Quality control happens at three stages: raw material inspection before production begins, in-process spot checks during manufacturing, and a full final inspection covering appearance, sizing, stitching, and function before shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style. This applies across our full range — casual dresses, T-shirts, jackets, and more. If you need an even smaller trial order, contact us and we’ll discuss options.
Can I obtain color cards and fabric samples?
Yes. Let us know which fabrics or colors you’re interested in, and we’ll send physical color cards and fabric swatches as quickly as possible.
How long does the production cycle take?
Sample development typically takes 3–7 working days depending on complexity. Once samples are approved, bulk production usually takes 15–30 days depending on order quantity, fabric availability, and the number of styles in your order. We’ll confirm an exact timeline before production begins.
Is there a charge for customized samples?
Sample costs depend on the complexity of the design, fabric, and any custom printing or branding involved. We’ll provide a clear sample quote before starting — for many standard styles, sample fees can be credited back against your bulk order.
Do you accept orders shipped via my own freight forwarder?
Yes. We regularly work with client-designated freight forwarders. Once your order passes final inspection, we prepare all export documentation and hand the goods off to your forwarder for pickup — no extra hassle on your end.
