Cutting & Sewing: Built for High-Variety, Small-Batch Production

For a client requiring dozens of styles every season — each at just 50–300 pieces — our cutting and sewing team had to be as flexible as it was precise.

✂️ Precision Cutting Each style was individually cut and graded to EU/US sizing standards — ensuring consistent fit across casual dresses, T-shirts, and separates regardless of batch size.

🧵 Flatlock & Overlock Stitching We applied appropriate stitch techniques for each garment type — clean flatlock seams for lightweight dresses, reinforced overlock finishing for casualwear with higher wear frequency.

🔍 In-House QC at Every Stage Every batch — no matter how small — went through in-house quality inspection before shipment. Over 7 years of partnership, zero major quality disputes.
